Corrections & Updates Policy
Published & Verified: September 2026 • AI Launch Watch Desk
1. Our Commitment to Accuracy
AI Launch Watch strives for absolute precision. However, in a fast-moving ecosystem where APIs change, token pricing drops, and model weights are updated without warning, errors or outdated information can occasionally occur.
When a factual error is discovered, our policy is to correct it transparently, promptly, and visibly. We do not quietly overwrite substantive errors without documenting what changed.
2. Types of Updates & Formatting
If an error altered a scorecard rating, misstated benchmark results, or gave an inaccurate price, we issue a formal correction note at the bottom of the article specifying the previous statement, the corrected fact, and the exact timestamp.
When a software tool releases a major version (e.g. Claude 3.5 to Claude 3.7 or Cursor v0.45), we perform an editorial refresh and update the lastVerifiedDate header badge.
3. How to Submit a Correction
Found an error in one of our guides, reviews, or tool profiles? We welcome your feedback:
Please include the article or tool URL, the specific passage in question, and a link to the official documentation or proof supporting the correction. Our desk reviews submissions within 24–48 hours.
